December 20112011 proved that outbound activities are still a critical part of direct sales for many companies. A call count reveals that in 2011, our customers have now made over 100 mi. (113.600.000) sales calls using Actimizer.
We are also excited about a 2011 where Actimizer started up new customers outside Scandinavia - in Holland and Germany - as well as exceeding our budges.
Trends in Customer Interaction - Conference
November 2011On November 22, the Dutch Federation of Customer Service (Klanten Service Federatie) hosts a conference on trends in customer interaction in Scheveningen, the Netherlands. Targeting contact centres across all industries, the conference will provide inspiration, knowledge and networking opportunities. Focus will be on how to win and retain customers by being ahead of demands in customer service.

September 2011Sara Lee International www.saralee.com is our latest new client and will start using Actimizer Lead Management Dialer Software in several European countries.
Due to our new international strategy we also welcomed two new colleagues. Joost and Christel joined our team and will make sure that our international ambitions will have all the support and expertise they require.
New intuitive Lead Management Module
June 2011Actimizer has enhanced the lead management module allowing the users to view specific lead- or result information on their own leads. Furthermore you can save these views for later use. Another enhancement implemented allows for distribution of a specific number of leads to single users or divisions/departments.
Actimizer welcomed a number of new customers a.o. Trade Union ASE and Security Firm Dansikring.
New E-mail Module
March 2011Actimizer launched its automated e-mail module, allowing the User to create an e-mail template and send e-mails from Actimizer LRM.
We welcomed Publishing Houses Ekstra Bladet & Politiken as new customers as well as a first customer within the debt collection industry.
