Trends in Customer Interaction - Conference
On November 22, the Dutch Federation of Customer Service (Klanten Service Federatie) hosts a conference on trends in customer interaction in Scheveningen, the Netherlands. Targeting contact centres across all industries, the conference will provide inspiration, knowledge and networking opportunities. Focus will be on how to win and retain customers by being ahead of demands in customer service.
