What is Lead Relationship Management (LRM)?

 

Actimizer Lead Relationship Management ensures a systematic lead processing. The software optimizes all stages and data handling throughout the process.

 

The lead management process has five overall stages:

 

1. Lead Creation - First step is uploading leads to the lead-management system.  All sources are compatible, like external databases, online sources, a network, lead list vendors and of course internal CRM systems. Segmentation can be defined before or after upload.

 

2. Lead Distribution - When leads have been uploaded and segmented, next step is distributing to respective entities (lead owners), such as sales teams, sales managers, departments or even external partners. Actimizer LRM contains a user-friendly import module which takes your distribution requirements into account by allowing individual lead ownership codes and territory alignment.

 

3. Dialing Leads – Lead owners are ready to contact leads by phone and e-mail. Actimizer LRM has developed an intuitive process for this exercise, which ensures quality and makes sure that all Leads are contacted.

 

4. Lead Nurturing and Converting - Not all leads are converted or closed immediately. At this stage, a detailed and systematic monitoring process in Actimizer LRM ensures that all Leads are converted or closed. Actimizer LRM's Redial functionalities ensure that data is accessible until it has been processed.

 

5. Lead Performance Review – Finally, the review stage provides an overview of the results and status of the activities. Actimizer LRM offers a user-friendly reporting module for analyzing on company- or department-level as well as on user- or call-level. You define the granularity of your reports.
