Actimizer LRM is a SaaS solution (Software as a Service) which means that businesses and users use the solution via the Internet browser and Actimizer A/S hosts the corporate data. No data is stored in the individual's browser and the communication between server and client is encrypted. The physical security of our system is ensured by using an external partner.
Actimizer LRM uses some of the most advanced technologies and designs who are all scalable in order to be ready to welcome any size client. SSL technology (Secure Socket Layer) protects data by using server authentication and data encryption. This ensures corporate data is only available for registered users of the company.
The Clients' confidential information is not distributed for internal use in Actimizer A/S, or to third parties. Imported and processed data and user information is entirely the clients own, hosted by Actimizer A/S. Hence it is only the client who is accountable for their own data and can view, modify, add, remove and export all data.
All data is stored on multiple hard drives with regular backups. All backup copies are handled professionally and saved in an external environment.
Actimizer is set in a modern server environment. The servers are run by one of the largest suppliers in the world, with locations in 11 countries, and guarantees an availability of 98.8 percent, seven days a week all year round.
