Call Recording

Recording conversations is an additional module within Actimizer LRM. It provides the opportunity to tape and monitor conversations with the leads, which can be used for evaluation or training purposes at a later stage.

Call Recording gives the corporate administrator, teamleader or user the
possibility to search on
any of the following:

  • Lead or Telephone number
  • User
  • Period
  • Campaign, Lead status, Lead result

After retrieving the search result you can play the conversation now or later or download it locally in MP3-format. All conversations can be played in Windows Media Player or Itunes.


Call Recording Advantages
