Campaign Administration
The Campaign module allows you to create customized Campaign Templates, Campaigns and Lead Pools. With the flexibility of selecting or editing your own preferred set up for each and every Campaign , your ability to focus on the sales task at hand has increased profoundly.
Campaign Setup allows for:
* Tailor-made campaign templates, with the option of defining the Lead data and Result data used by the User when contacting the Lead during the Campaign.
* Create or edit Campaigns with full flexibility on set up
* Upload of Lead-pools with validation check on duplicates and priority.
* Definition of rules for the campaign, call options and call type.
* Campaign reports and statistics on broad or detailed level.
