Import and export of Leads

Importing Leads into the system

The Leads can be uploaded from different sources, such as external Databases, the Web, a network, Lead list vendors and of course internal CRM systems.Leads can be segmented before and after the upload and allocated to the appropriate employees or departments.


They can be imported in three ways:

• Excel (CSV) - Import Leads such as text or data files with our import-mapping program.
• Manual Lead creation - Enter Leads direrctly into Actimizer.
• Webservice - Connect to our webservice and transfer Leads to Actimizer from your internal or CRM system.

Export of data from the system

To have the information related to your Leads exported from Actimizer LRM into your internal or CRM system, you can set up a process, so data is identical in both places. 

Actimizer offers two ways:

• Excel (CSV) - Exports leads as text or data file with our export-mapping program.
• Webservice - Connect to our webservice and transfer leads from Actimizer to your internal or CRM System.
