Support & service for using Actimizer

Depending on the nature of your question, we offer different ways of support:

 

Online help and tutorials

All users have a “help for this page”-link in the upper right corner throughout the tool. This link directs you to our online manual, which provides tutorials and Q&A’s about daily use and customization of Actimizer.  

 

The on-page help link provides help for features relating to the section of Actimizer you were in as you clicked the link. But it also lets you browse for specific answers that you may need.

 

 

Customer service portal

More individual questions are solved in our Service portal. Acministrator users have a personal log-in, which provides access to log any questions as a "case".

Your case is logged, solved and saved in the service portal, which enables you to keep track of your answers for future reference.

 

 

Support
Our phone support is open Monday to Thursday between 9:00 to 16:00 and Friday from 9.00 to 15.00.
Outside working hours, weekends or holidays we offer a customer specific "hotline" for urgent matters.

Personal Consultant
We
offer a dedicated personal adviser, who will be in regular contact and conduct status meetings. The consultant provides advice on optimizing lead management and canvassing activities on an ongoing basis.
